Circle Launch
The Circle Launch marks the official start of our new annual program. From now on, you will have access to the exclusive community, can network with other participants and will be provided with all the important information and communication channels.
Community Kick-off
At the big community event, all previous Academy graduates will come together for the first time: we are starting a year together in which our Circle will grow and a strong network will emerge.
Workshop Deep Dive
Take the opportunity to deepen your knowledge from the Academy and develop yourself further in a new subject area. The focus is on interactive learning, guided exercises and sharing ideas away from everyday life.
Afterwork Edition
Meet committed peers after work in the inspiring premises of a changing partner. The host provides a current focus topic for discussion, you provide a lively exchange.

Circle Summer Festival
At Circle Midsummer, the entire community comes together for the second time a year for a big reunion. Workshops and mentoring await you during the day, and in the evening we celebrate together and look back on the first half of the year.
1:1 Mentoring
Take advantage of the exclusive opportunity for personal 1:1 mentoring with a leading personality from business, tech or social impact. In an individual session, you will receive direct feedback and insights into career paths from the experiences of real leadership role models.
Workshop Deep Dive
The third of our quarterly workshops gives you the chance to look beyond the content you’re already familiar with. Together, we will delve into a new topic and work on your development in a practical way – with interactive methods, up-to-date impulses and space for exchange.
Afterwork Edition
In the third quarter, you can also look forward to an after-work session with exciting partners directly in the office. Look forward to relaxed evenings with a relaxed exchange with like-minded people and an inspiring atmosphere.
Circle Retreat
The offsite enables you to open up new perspectives together with the community in the special setting of a trip – professionally, personally and culturally.

In the last workshop of the year, you can expect new insights and practice-oriented methods to develop your skills in a targeted manner and work out your next career steps.
Afterwork Edition
At the end of the year, we invite you to a special afterwork with a new partner. Take the opportunity to discuss current topics and discover new perspectives in a relaxed atmosphere.
Annual Closing Party

Who can become part of the Future Leader Circle?
Academy graduates who have management responsibility, are based in Hamburg or Munich, have completed the FLA program and are no more than 39 years old can become part of the Future Leader Circle. You have not yet completed the Academy? No problem! Then you can take part via an application process. Apply here and make an appointment with us directly – we will be happy to tell you more about it.
Who is the Circle suitable for?
The Circle is ideal for aspiring managers who want to grow within the network, actively contribute and bring real added value to the community. Ambitious personalities come together here who not only want to benefit, but also to shape and progress together.
How much does a Circle membership cost?
Circle membership costs €799 per year if your company offers you this benefit. If you decide to join as a private payer, the fee is €499 per year. Some events, such as the retreat, are exclusive benefits for which additional fees may apply.
How can I become a Circle member?
You can become a Circle member by submitting an application and paying the annual membership fee. Once you have registered, you can start taking part in the first events straight away. If you meet all the requirements, you will be accepted as a full member of the Circle.
Your new network
The academy is attended by up-and-coming managers from successful DAX companies as well as talented individuals from growing start-up players. The community continues to grow with each cohort and finds a common platform for exchange and networking in the Circle.
