Find your Leadership Style & Welcome Dinner
A clear understanding of your leadership style is the key to successful leadership. In this interactive workshop session, you will work with experts to determine how you come across as a leader and which approaches suit you and your team. Using a personality test, you will analyze your strengths and weaknesses, receive valuable feedback and develop your individual leadership profile. Through practical examples and exercises, you will learn how different leadership styles work in reality - and find out how you can lead your team effectively and authentically.

Week 1
Team Management & Structure
A strong team needs clear structures. In this session, you will learn how to define roles, responsibilities and processes in your team in a meaningful way - and how to effectively coordinate meetings, routines and goals. You will reflect on your current team dynamics and develop a concrete plan on how to create clarity, direction and ownership in your team.

Feedback & Communication
Clear, honest and effective. Good communication is the key to any leadership role. In this session, you will learn how to give feedback in a way that works and how to conduct critical conversations constructively. You will reflect on your communication style, practise different conversation formats and develop your own personal guide for effective leadership conversations.

Conflict & Negotiation
Conflicts are part of everyday management life - the decisive factor is how you deal with them. In this session, you will analyze typical conflict dynamics in a team, learn de-escalating discussion strategies and train negotiation techniques that will guide you safely and confidently through difficult situations. You will develop your own understanding of conflict and work out specific tactics for your day-to-day management work.

Without a clear vision, it's easy to lose focus in your career. In this final session, you will develop a personal roadmap for the next five years that reflects your goals and values. Through feedback and inspiration from other participants, you will sharpen your career vision and gain clarity on how you want to shape your role in the company and beyond.

As a manager, time is your greatest asset and prioritization is essential. In this session, you will learn how to efficiently structure your everyday life and your team using proven frameworks such as the Eisenhower matrix or digital tools. You will practise delegating tasks clearly, resolving conflicts within the team and minimizing stress factors. At the end, you will have a concrete plan on how to make the best use of your time, manage your team productively and focus on the really important things.

Strategy development & target management
Strategic thinking, clear goal setting and efficient tracking are essential to successfully lead your team and stand out from your superiors. In this session, you will learn how to develop strategies, communicate them clearly and use tools such as OKRs to define measurable goals that are linked to the company vision. You will develop a mini-strategy for a specific project, practice prioritizing tasks and learn how to effectively measure progress. These skills will help you to give your team direction and gain the trust of your superiors - for sustainable success.

New technologies and tools offer enormous opportunities for structure, efficiency and innovation in teams and companies. Who is the Future Leader Academy for?

The Future Leader Academy is aimed at young managers from Munich-based companies who have been promoted in the last 1-2 years or are about to take on responsibility for teams or projects. It is perfect for talents with 2-7 years of professional experience who want to develop their leadership style, learn modern skills and develop their full potential. Participants not only want to master their role, but use it as a career springboard – for themselves, their team and their company.

The Future Leader Academy program lasts four weeks and combines practical content, state-of-the-art tools and intensive peer learning. The Academy starts with a half-day intensive workshop on site and then extends over four weeks, in which 2 hours of digital impulse take place on Tuesday afternoons and 2 hours of on-site workshop and exchange with the group on Friday afternoons. On the last Friday, there will be a closing dinner with all participants.

The Future Leader Academy costs just €2,490 per participant.

This amount includes:

  • The complete 4-week program, including all sessions, workshops, materials and dinner.
  • Certification by Munich Business School as a pre-MBA course.
  • Access to exclusive networks, events and community channels even after the Academy.
  • Practice-oriented content with real case studies and insights from top experts.

Yes, we award a limited number of partial scholarships for each round of the Future Leader Academy. Our aim is to enable motivated talents to participate regardless of their financial situation. If you would like to apply for a scholarship, you can indicate this directly in the application form and briefly describe your situation. We review each request individually.
