Applied Effective Leadership: Foundation & Essentials
Recognize strengths. Understanding leadership. Taking responsibility. In this first module, you will lay the foundations for your leadership journey. Together with experienced coaches and your peer group, you will reflect on your own strengths, learn about different leadership styles and understand what "effective leadership" means in a real work context. A leadership test helps you to hone your individual profile - as a basis for all further modules. The aim is not to learn a theoretical model, but to develop an awareness: How do I lead today - and how do I want to lead?

Friday, 16.00-19.00 and welcome dinner until 21.00
