About the Future Leader Academy

About the Future Leader Academy

The Future Leader Academy is a 4-week program for young leaders from Hamburg-based companies who want to actively shape their first leadership role. We launched it in collaboration with HSBA because good leadership should be learned early on, not only after years on the job. Here, you’ll gain more than just knowledge: a psychologically grounded, HSBA-certified program and a close-knit peer group that will continue to support you in the future.

How Companies Benefit

How well leadership is exercised has a direct impact on motivation, collaboration, and development within the company. By supporting young leaders early on, a company not only invests in professional development but also retains top talent and helps those who want to advance.

Would you like to propose the Academy to your company? We’ll provide you with all the necessary documentation.
