Event & Program
What is the Future Leader Summit?
The FLS is Europe’s largest non-profit career event with 10,000 talents, 100+ speakers and 6 stages – two days full of inspiration, networking and real opportunities.
When and where does the event take place?
On April 10-11, 2026 at the Congress Center Hamburg (CCH), directly at Dammtor station.
What language is the program in?
A mix of German and English. But mainly in German.
Will the event be recorded?
No – all content takes place exclusively live on site.
What can I expect in terms of content?
6 stages, 100+ keynotes from top speakers, masterclasses, company tours, AI hackathon, expo, networking and evening program.
Tickets & Participation
What types of tickets are available?
Student, Talent, Professional, Startup, Investor and Supporter passes – tailored to different target groups.

Are tickets personalized?
Yes, no admission without personalization.
Can I transfer my ticket?
A transfer is possible until 08.04. by request. Please contact us at info@chef-treff.de.
Are there any refunds?
Only in case of cancellation or unreasonable postponement by the organizer.
How old do I have to be?
Admission is possible from the age of 16, individual evening events are from the age of 18.
Special formats (Masterclasses, Tours & Hackathon)
How do the Masterclasses work?
Masterclasses are interactive 60-minute sessions with limited places and application via the app. If you have a ticket, you can apply for the masterclasses in the app.
There are 50 places available per masterclass.
Multiple applications are possible – the selection is made by the organizer.
What are Company Tours?
Exclusive company visits in Hamburg on April 9 (Day Zero) with a focus on marketing, engineering, finance, sales or consulting. If you have a ticket, you can register for the company tours in the app.
The Company Tours run from 11:00 – 18:00 and start/end with double-decker buses at the CCH.
What is the AI Hackathon?
A 24-hour hackathon with real business challenges, mentoring, pitch in front of a jury and prizes – including a free FLS ticket. The hackathon starts on April 9th at 09:00 and runs until Friday around 14:00. You can find more information here.
Organization on site
How does admission work?
Personalize your ticket, have it ready on your smartphone, bring your ID, receive your badge & wristband – and wear it during the event. Admission starts at 12:00 on Friday and 11:00 on Saturday.
Tip: Accreditation is possible on Thursday from 14:00-18:00. You avoid queues on Friday and can start the program relaxed.
Is there an event app?
Yes, you can use the FLS app to plan your program, book formats and network with other participants.

You can use the FLS app to create your schedule, book masterclasses & company tours, arrange meetings and scan contacts.
Registration is done via your ticket email, and program updates are communicated via app.
Is there a checkroom?
Yes, there is a chargeable checkroom at the CCH.
The fee is €2.00 per item handed in (e.g. jacket, bag or piece of luggage).
Please note: No liability is accepted for items handed in.
Are there evening events?
Yes, including Expo Party, Afterparties, Pitch Battle and other networking formats. You can find more information here.
Arrival, accommodation & meals
How do I get to the event?
The Future Leader Summit will take place at the Congress Center Hamburg (CCH), Congressplatz 1 – right next to Hamburg Dammtor station.
Train & S-Bahn
Dammtor (Fernbahn, S11, S21, S31) – from there it is about a 2-minute walk to the main entrance.
Subway
U1, stop Stephansplatz (approx. 5 minutes on foot).
Bus
Several lines stop at Dammtor or Stephansplatz.
By car
The parking garage “CCH/Marseiller Straße” with over 800 parking spaces is located directly at the CCH.
Bicycle / Scooter
There are parking facilities around Dammtor and Planten un Blomen.
Are there any hotel deals?
Yes – we have partner quotas for FLS participants.
A&O Hostel
10 % discount on all rooms with the code Cheftreff10.
25hours Hotels (2 locations in Hamburg)
Fixed special rates incl. breakfast as well as free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival.
Tip: It pays to book early – the contingents are limited.
Is food included in the ticket?
Hot meals are not included in the ticket price.
On site there are:
Food trucks (outdoor area)
Several trucks with vegetarian and meat options as well as coffee & snacks. Payment is usually cashless.
Catering in the indoor area
Snacks and cold dishes are available in the lounge area. For full hot meals, we recommend the food trucks outside.
Vegan & vegetarian options are available.
Are there free drinks?
Yes.
Free drinking water
There are several water stations on the premises – it’s best to bring your own bottle.
Beverage partners & deposit system
For many returnable drinks, there is a standard deposit system of €2 per container and you will receive a deposit chip to return.
Deposits are only refunded when the container + deposit chip are returned to the central deposit stations.
Safety, accessibility & other
Is the event barrier-free?
The CCH is barrier-free, but unfortunately the Company Tours are not.
Are photos and videos taken?
Yes, with the ticket you agree to the use for marketing purposes.
What do I do in an emergency?
In acute emergencies, call 112, otherwise contact the information desk or security staff on site.
